The chapter discusses how incorporating it into an AI-enabled enterprise architecture provides a solid foundation for administrative intelligence and sustainability at universities. It defines learning analytics as an enterprise-wide capability across the following five layers: data, analytics, intelligence, and sustainability. An integrated architectural framework is developed using Scopus-indexed literature to analyze administrative uses of learning analytics in enrollment management, student retention, financial planning, and compliance. The results indicate that AI-enabled enterprise architecture supports evidence-based decision-making, ethical governance, and long-term economic, social, and environmental sustainability for higher education institutions.
