ConnectomeKG: Connectomes as Knowledge Graphs

ConnectomeKG turns an electron-microscopy connectome into a queryable knowledge graph. Neurons, cell types, neuropils, hemilineages, taxa and community labels are nodes; synapse edges carry counts and transmitter signs. It supports semantic search over the cell type and neuropil vocabulary, strongest signed paths, upstream and downstream cones, and a Markdown analysis. The first corpus is the FlyWire FAFB v783 adult Drosophila brain.
